Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- REMAINING INGREDIENTS
- 5 OR 6 medium potatoes,about 4 cups, peel, cook, & cube
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/3 cup green bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 large eggs, hard-boiled and mashed

Step 1Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, celery seeds, sugar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine well. Cover; chill for 2 or more hours for best flavor. Garnish with tomato wedges if desired.
