Ingredients
- 1 pint ground clams
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 cup sliced potatoes
- 2 cups liquid clam broth and milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- - buttered breadcrumbs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make clams aground ~ sam whites

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Simmer clams in own juice a few minutes until tender. Drain and reserve liquid.

Step 2White sauce: Melt butter, add flour, blend. Add clam liquid and enough milk to make 2 cups. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add potatoes, onion, and clams. Put in casserole and cover with breadcrumbs. Place in pre-heated 350 df oven and bake for 30 minutes.
