Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed small
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham diced fine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces 4 oz whipped chives cream cheese
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon green onions

How To Make chive & ham creamy mash potatoes

  • Step 1
    Place diced potatoes in large pot of salted boiling water on stove bring to a boil and boil the potatoes for 12 minutes or so or until a knife insert easily. Drain the potatoes well and place back on stove and let potatoes dry a few minutes.
  • Step 2
    Place the potatoes in a bowl mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer to a smooth. Garnish with chopped green onions.
