Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    potatoes, peeled and cubed small
  • 1/2 c
    cooked ham diced fine
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 oz
    4 oz whipped chives cream cheese
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 tsp
    teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    green onions

How to Make Chive & Ham Creamy Mash Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Place diced potatoes in large pot of salted boiling water on stove bring to a boil and boil the potatoes for 12 minutes or so or until a knife insert easily. Drain the potatoes well and place back on stove and let potatoes dry a few minutes.
  2. Place the potatoes in a bowl mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer to a smooth. Garnish with chopped green onions.
