Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed small
- 1/2 cup cooked ham diced fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces 4 oz whipped chives cream cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onions
How To Make chive & ham creamy mash potatoes

Step 1Place diced potatoes in large pot of salted boiling water on stove bring to a boil and boil the potatoes for 12 minutes or so or until a knife insert easily. Drain the potatoes well and place back on stove and let potatoes dry a few minutes.

Step 2Place the potatoes in a bowl mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer to a smooth. Garnish with chopped green onions.
