2 to 3 c
shreded chicken,beff or pork
1/2 c
each chopped onions,bell pepper,tomato
1/2 c
fried potatoes ( small cubes)
1/4 c
any kind cooking oil
1 1/8 tsp
salt and pepper or to taste, pinch of oregano
2 1/2 c
shreded monterrey jack
1 c
sour cream
1 pkg
flour tortillas

How to Make Chimichangas


  • 1Heat non stick pan add oil,onions,bell pepper,tomato and saute, add meat and potatoes, salt and pepper turn off heat.
  • 2heat a gridle and warm tortillas fill with same amount, roll ends first then continue wraping to make a small burrito fry in hot oil, caefull not to burn,drain in brown bag,serve with sour cream, salsa and chesse.
