Sometimes you want just a sandwich for supper. These potato wedges go well with a sandwich. Especially a hot sandwich like a Panini.

  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/4 g
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 large
    baking potato
  • ·
    cooking spray

How to Make Chili Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder,garlic powder, & salt.
  2. Cut potato into 8 wedges.
    Spray the wedges with cooking spray,then coat with seasoning mixture
  3. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake,uncovered,at 450 degrees for 25-25 minutes or until golden brown.
