- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cans cream soup (chicken, mushroom, or potato)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make cheri's hashbrown casserole

Step 1MIX TOGETHER THE HASHBROWNS,CHOPPED ONION,SOUP, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE. PUT IN A LARGE BAKING DISH. MELT THE 1/2 STICK OF BUTTER (1/4 CUP) AND POUR OVER TOP. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT IS BUBBLY AND BROWN ON TOP.
