Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    bacon
  • 1
    diced onion
  • 1/4 c
    pickled jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    frozen tater tots
  • 1 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    cheese (cheddar/jack, etc)

How to Make Cheesy Tots

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Brown with onion and jalapeno, drain grease.
  2. Pour tater tots into a 13x9 glass pan, and microwave according to package directions, then whisk milk and cheese soup together - pour over potatoes. Stir in bacon/onion mixture. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake in a 350 oven for approximately 20 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake for another 10 minutes, remove and serve.
