Ingredients
- 1 pound polish sausage, cooked
- 2/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1 box scalloped potatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 cups bell pepper mix (green, red, and yellow)
How To Make cheesy spicy sausage & peppers skillet

Step 1Cook sausage and onion in 12-inch skillet until sausage is browned and onion is tender, stirring frequently. Drain off drippings.

Step 2Add water, milk, sauce mix, potato slices, ground cayenne pepper, and butter. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Stir in bell pepper mix; simmer an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and peppers are tender.
