Cheesy Slow-Cooked Potatoes

Warm, cheesy potatoes are always a hit with any meat!

2 1/2 lb
pasteurized processed cheese, cubed
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
2 pkg
hash brown potatoes, frozen
1 pt
half and half


1Melt cheeses and butter together. Put hash browns in a slow cooker. Pour cheese and half & half together over potatoes. Let sit for 1 hour.
2Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then cook on low for 2 hours. May need to cook longer. Potatoes are done when soft and all liquid has been absorbed.
