Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds pasteurized processed cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup butter
- 2 packages hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 1 pint half and half
How To Make cheesy slow-cooked potatoes

Step 1Melt cheeses and butter together. Put hash browns in a slow cooker. Pour cheese and half & half together over potatoes. Let sit for 1 hour.

Step 2Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then cook on low for 2 hours. May need to cook longer. Potatoes are done when soft and all liquid has been absorbed.
