Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced (about 8)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chives, freshly snipped
How To Make cheesy scalloped potatoes

Step 1HEAT oven to 350ºF.

Step 2MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

Step 3BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender. SPRINKLE with chives.
