How To Make cheesy ranch potatoes
-
Step 1Boil cubed potatoes for 10-12 minutes. Drain water and pour potatoes into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients (except the bacon) together in a bowl and pour over potatoes. Give them a good stir and then sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top along with some extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. NOTE: I covered mine with tin foil after 30 minutes and then baked for another 20 minutes. I also used Oscar Myer turkey bacon. Thats just my preference and I didnt cook it through all the way, left it a little soft as it will cook up more in the oven.
