How To Make cheesy ranch potato casserole

• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 400. Put potatoes and salt in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer just ti tender. Don't overcook.
• Step 2
  Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole with cooking spray. Coat the bottom of the casserole thoroughly with ranch dressing. Drain potatoes and transfer to the casserole. Top potatoes with cheese and bacon.
• Step 3
  Bake for about20 minutes or til thoroughly heated. Serves 6
