These are a family favorite and are known as Mom Dutcher's Cheesy Potatoes (my mom). I don't think she made up the recipe as I have seen several variations. Every time we go to someone's house, this recipe is requested.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ore-ida shredded hash browns
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy potatoes

Step 1Make sure your potatoes are thawed before beginning this recipe.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Step 4Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking oil spray.

Step 5Pour the entire potato mixture into the baking dish.

Step 6Dot generously with butter.

Step 7Bake for one hour or until the top is bubbly and brown.
