(1 RATING)
I got this recipe from a neighbor several years ago. It is always a hit when I serve it at potlucks or family gatherings.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds red potatoes
- 1 package shredded cheese, 2 cup
- 1 tablespoon lawry's seasoning
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make cheesy potatoes
-
Step 1cube potatoes(bite size) skin on and boil until fork tender. Drain and place in 9x13 inch greased(I place some foil in mine) casserole dish. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoning and top with cheese. Slice butter and place on top of mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy

Step 2I usually use at least two different types of shredded cheese, and you can use more or less butter. I don't really measure when I make this, so you may want to start out with less Lawry's and season it to your taste. I like a lot of the seasoning on mine.
