cheesy potatoes
My family loves their cheesy potatoes. This dish goes really well with baked Ham. I got this recipe from a group of minister's spouses in Idaho when my husband was a minister. This recipe is known as funeral potatoes in many circles. **the amount of sour cream depends on personal taste. Twelve ounces is creamier.
