How to Make Cheesy Potatoes
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Place potatoes in 13 x 9 baking dish. Slice into cubes with sharp knife.
- Pour melted butter or margarine over potatoes.
- Season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Top with grated cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
