Ingredients
- 1 - 32 oz bag frozen southern style hash browns (not the shredded kind)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons diced onions
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- FOR TOPPING
- - crushed cornflakes
- 1 stick melted butter
How To Make cheesy potatoes

Step 1Mix all ingredients for the potatoes in a large bowl, then pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.

Step 2Add the crushed corn flakes to the top of the potatoes, then pour the melted butter on top of that.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
