Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    bag oreada hash brown cubes
  • 8 oz
    sour cream, lite
  • 16 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 1 tsp
    coarse ground black pepper
  • dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • ·
    butter, cold

How to Make CHEESY POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all ingredients together, except the butter.
    put into a casserole dish sprayed with pam.
    dot with butter.
    bake with cover for 30 minutes
    then 1 hr 30 minutes with out the lid
    it should be a pretty golden color.
    don't cheat on the cooking time....it does make a difference! for big gatherings i double the recipe!
