Ingredients
- 1 pound bag oreada hash brown cubes
- 8 ounces sour cream, lite
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- dash garlic powder
- - butter, cold
How To Make cheesy potatoes

Step 1mix all ingredients together, except the butter. put into a casserole dish sprayed with pam. dot with butter. bake with cover for 30 minutes then 1 hr 30 minutes with out the lid it should be a pretty golden color. don't cheat on the cooking time....it does make a difference! for big gatherings i double the recipe! enjoy!
