How To Make cheesy potato~ beef casserole
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Brown the beef and onions; drain. Combine the undrained creamed corn and beef mixture; season to taste.
-
Step 2Place the beef -corn mixture in a 13X9 inch baking pan. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Combine the potatoes and cheddar soup; mix well. Place them on top of the beef layer; spread evenly.
-
Step 3Put the crushed chips and cheese on top. Cover with tin- foil. Bake about 55 min to 1 hour, and then test the potatoes for doneness. If they are not tender keep cooking till a fork easily goes through.
-
Step 4Uncover, add more cheese if you are like me; and cook for about 10 min more, till bubbly and golden. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
