This is our favorite cheesy potato side dish.

Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces pasteurized process cheese spread (cheez whiz)
1/3 cup milk
3 pounds new potatoes, cut in half (sometimes i par boil to reduce cook time)
- cheddar cheese (handful or so)

How To Make cheesy new potato bake

Step 1

Heat Oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Combine soup, cheese & milk. Blend well.
Step 3

Add potatoes, stirring gently to coat. Cover.
Step 4

Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 5

Uncover and bake for an additional 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
