Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup cheddar and monterey jack shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan shredded cheese
How To Make cheesy meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into a loaf on a broiler pan.

Step 3Bake 60 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked to medium doneness. Sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack shredded cheese and Parmesan shredded cheese, and bake until cheese is melted.

Step 4Let meatloaf stand 10 minutes before serving. The meatloaf is medium well to well done when it is 150 to 165 degrees in the center.
