Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked mashed potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup italian bread crumbs
How To Make cheesy mashed potatoes casserole

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray a 9x15 baking pan. Mix the mashed potatoes, cream cheese, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and parsley together.

Step 2Place in the baking pan. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the bread crumbs.

Step 3Top the potatoes with the bread crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
