This is a super simple hashbrown casserole and the cream cheese is the secret ingredient! My family absolutely loves these potatoes and this can be made the night before and refrigerated until you are ready to bake. Note that the bake time will be a bit longer, if you refrigerated it overnight. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 30 ounces pkg of mr. dell's shredded potatoes - thawed
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese - softened (i use the tub variety)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/2 large onion - minced
- - salt & pepper to taste
