My soon-to-be sister-in-law Beckah brought this tasty dish to the Easter meal and it was a huge hit. I'm sure a lot of folks have eaten it somewhere...so here is the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound bag of shredded hash browns
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 packages ritz crackers (individual rolled packs), crushed
How To Make cheesy hashbrown casserole

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients (except the Ritz cracker crumbs) in a bowl. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3Cover top of mixture evenly with cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve warm.
