- 1/4 cup butter, plus a little extra for dish
- 1 - onion,chopped
- 1 - 16 oz container of sour cream
- 1 - 10 1/2 oz can of cream of celery
- 1 - 8 oz of shredded cheddar and montery jack cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - 30 oz pack of frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups crushed potato chips

Step 1preheat oven 350 butter dish In a small skillet, melt butter, add onions cook til soft. pour into dish. Add sour cream, cream of celery, cheese,hashbrowns, salt and pepper.Top with crushed potato chips, bake for 45 mins
