This was given to me by my mother who went to meet our Lord in 1990. So easy! Thanks Mom! BTW - Use fresh grated cheese. Packaged grated cheese does not melt well when combined wit the butter and milk

Ingredients
- 12 ounces shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup (fresh) grated cheese
- 1/4 cup whole or evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy hash browns

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

Step 2Place potatoes in a single layer in buttered baking dish.

Step 3Sprinkle with Salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Melt butter, add cheese and milk over low heat

Step 5Pour over frozen potatoes and bake ~ 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes
