Everyone loves this recipe, This is one my Boys favorite. could be a meal in itself or a really good side dish. Great for potlucks.I get asked for this recipe a lot. so I decided to post it.

Ingredients

  • 1 package oreida country cut potatoes (u can use others, i find this brand to be the best.)
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream

How To Make cheesy hasbrowns

  • Step 1
    Mix onion, Cream of mush, cream of Chicken, Sour cream, and milk together first. Add in Shredded Cheese, add frozen potatoes and slowly add with mixture. stir well
  • Step 2
    preheat oven 400 degrees Grease a 12x9 Cake pan add mixture sprinkle Lawrys seasoning salt on top Bake for about 1 1/2 hour
  • Step 3
    for something a little extra crush a cup of corn flakes melt 1/4 stick of butter mix together sprinkle on top of potatoes then bake
