Cheesy Garlic Potatoes with Greek yogurt is a very simple, delicious side to any main entrée and a favorite in our family! Try this with dinner tonight, you won't be disappointed!

  • 8 large
    golden potatoes
  • 1 large
    head of garlic
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    low fat milk
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Cheesy Garlic Potatoes with Greek Yogurt


  1. Scrub potatoes and cut into eighths.  Clean garlic, leaving cloves whole.
    Place potatoes and garlic in a large stockpot and cover with water.  Bring to a boil over medium high heat and cook until potatoes and garlic are tender, about 18 to 20 minutes.
    Drain potatoes and garlic.  Place in a large bowl and add butter and milk.  Whip well; add yogurt and Parmesan cheese.  Whip until smooth and creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 6 to 8
