- 2 pounds frozen cubed hashbrowns
- 16 ounces sour cream (1 pint)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pound bacon pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl, then transfer to crockpot. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Mix in cheese for last half hour of cook time.
