- 2 pounds yukon gold potatoe
- 1 cup fresh bacon bits
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
How To Make cheesey baconey mashed potatoes

Step 1wash and bake potaoes for 45 min-1 hr at 350

Step 2fry bacon bits

Step 3in a large bowl mash the baked potaoes. than add butter, bacon bits, roast garlic. mash again until incorporated.

Step 4add sour cream, heavy cream and cheese's, salt and pepper. mix together.
