I probably copied this recipe from a box of Betty Crocker potatoes back in the day. It was always a hit with my family and I'm sure it will be with yours as well.

Ingredients
- 1 package au gratin potato mix
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced or chopped, as you prefer
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheeseburger-potato pie

Step 1Mix the potatoes and sauce packet from the potato mix with the water and milk in a 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool 15 minutes.

Step 2Cook ground beef and onion together in skillet; drain. Stir in worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt.

Step 3Layer over potatoes first the tomatoes, then the beef mixture, then the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and potatoes are bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
