Ingredients
- 4 - large baking potatoes, peeled
- 1 1/2 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - small tomato sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons chppped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make cheddar-potato casserole

Step 1Coarsely chop potatoes. Place in a medium saucepan. Add water to cover and cook until tender. Drain and mash. Preheat oven to 350. Add sour cream and cream cheese to pan. Whip potatoes with a wire wisk until well mixed. Mix in onion salt, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Spoon potato mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Arrange tomato slices on top of casserole, sprinkle with chives and bake for 5 minutes longer.
