I am potato kind of girl. I love my hashbrowns. I use this casserole as an entree or a side dish. Everyone in the family loves it. Its funny because I kept adding things until it tasted good. It is so good!! Inspired by www.plainchicken.com

- 2 - (16-oz) containers sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 - (3-oz) bags real bacon bits
- 2 packages ranch dip mix
- 1 large (28-30 oz) bag of frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
How To Make cheddar & bacon potato casserole

Step 1In a large bowl combine first 4 ingredients then stir in the hash browns.

Step 2Spread the mixture into a 9×13 pan, and bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes.
