This is my daughter Nicky's recipe, and it is awesome! She was tired of the usual boring pickle and egg potato salad, and this is a really nice change.

Ingredients
- 7 cups cubed red potatoes, with skins
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 ounces precooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsely, minced
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheddar bacon potato salad

Step 1Cut potatoes into large bite size pieces, cover with water, and boil until just tender. Drain.

Step 2Combine potatoes, onion, parsley and bacon.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients, then add to potatoes, mixing gently to coat. Chill. Enjoy!
