WARNING - This recipe is soooo good you will end up pigging out on it! The mixture of the caramel flavor, with the walnuts is scrumptious. It's also super easy. Enjoy!

  • 64 oz can(s)
    sweet potato
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter (no substitutes)
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 80
    mini marshmallows

How to Make Caramel Sweet Potato Casserole


  1. Slice potatoes, place in greased baking dish.
  2. Mix salt, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Sprinkle over potatoes.
  3. Cut butter in small chunks. Place on top of potato/dry mixture.
  4. Pour whipping cream over all.
  5. Arrange marshmallows on top.
  6. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
