- 2 pounds small yellow potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt
How To Make caramel browned potatoes

Step 1Scrub the potatoes clean. Fill a pot with water and add some salt. Bring to a boil and add the potatoes. Boil until potatoes are soft once pierced with a fork.

Step 2Meanwhile in a heavy pan add the butter. Stir in the sugar and cook over low heat until the sugar gets brown and starts to caramelize.

Step 3Drain the potatoes and add them to the caramel and cook until well glazed with the caramel. Serve immediately.
