Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes--about six medium
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make candied sweet potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash sweet potatoes and then poke with a knife for steam to escape while baking

Step 2Bake potatoes for about one hour or until soft.

Step 3Scoop out the insides of the baked potatoes and mash.

Step 4Combine brown sugar, butter and salt and cook over medium heat until smooth and bubbly. Then stir the mixture into the potatoes.
