Candied Sweet Potatoes

2 lbsweet potatoes--about six medium

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3 Tbspbutter

1/2 tspsalt
How to Make Candied Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash sweet potatoes and then poke with a knife for steam to escape while baking - Bake potatoes for about one hour or until soft.
- Scoop out the insides of the baked potatoes and mash.
- Combine brown sugar, butter and salt and cook over medium heat until smooth and bubbly. Then stir the mixture into the potatoes.
