Ingredients

  • 5
    medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    medium onion, sliced
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c
    chicken broth

How to Make Campfire Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. On a large piece of heavy-duty foil combine potatoes with butter.
  2. Combine the cheese, parsley, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
  3. Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth.
  4. Seal the edges of foil well.
  5. Grill, covered, over medium coals for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
