medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
medium onion, sliced
6 Tbsp
1/3 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c
chicken broth

How to Make Campfire Potatoes


  • 1On a large piece of heavy-duty foil combine potatoes with butter.
  • 2Combine the cheese, parsley, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
  • 3Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth.
  • 4Seal the edges of foil well.
  • 5Grill, covered, over medium coals for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
