  • 4 medium
    potatoes cut into slices
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 8 Tbsp
    bacon bits
  • 4
    pieces foil
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Campfire French Fries


  1. Place each sliced potato on a square of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon cheese. Toss to coat.
  2. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons bacon bits.
    Seal foil, leaving a steam vent on top.
  3. Grill over hot coals 30-45 minutes,
    turning 2 or 3 times.
