Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes cut into slices
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 8 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 4 - pieces foil
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make campfire french fries

  • Step 1
    Place each sliced potato on a square of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon cheese. Toss to coat.
  • Step 2
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons bacon bits. Seal foil, leaving a steam vent on top.
  • Step 3
    Grill over hot coals 30-45 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
