Campfire chips / fries
Also works for other veges, pumpkin kumara etc or whole spuds.
- bag of frozen chips / fries
- 3-500 ml
- cooking oil or dripping
- tin foil disposable oven dish
Place disposable tinfoil oven dish on fire grate, add oil heat roughly 10 mins on decent bed of embers, Add chips cook as per normal as would in deep frier.
Scoop out, drain, salt, serve.
