How to Make Cajun Oven-Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut into large, even chunks (try to have all of the potato chunks the same size, for even cooking). Place in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Pour melted butter over the potatoes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning and salt.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
