  • 4 large
    russet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Cajun Oven Fries

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Cut potatoes into french fry shapes and coat with olive oil.
  3. Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl or baggie.
  4. Add potatoes and shake or toss to coat.
  5. Arrange skin-side-down on nonstick baking sheet.
  6. Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
