1-2 tablespoons or desired amount of dried parsley
How To Make buttrered parslied potatoes
Wash potatoes. Peel one strip of skin off around center of each potato.
Cook in salted water until tender. Drain water off.
Add butter to potatoes and let it melt. (you may use softened butter or at room temp to make it melt easier.)
Coat potatoes in butter and add parsley. Serve and enjoy.
