Ingredients For buttrered parslied potatoes

  • red potatoes, small, as many as desired
  • 1-2 sticks butter, cold
  • 1-2 tablespoons or desired amount of dried parsley
  • salted water

How To Make buttrered parslied potatoes

  • 1
    Wash potatoes. Peel one strip of skin off around center of each potato.
  • 2
    Cook in salted water until tender. Drain water off.
  • 3
    Add butter to potatoes and let it melt. (you may use softened butter or at room temp to make it melt easier.)
  • 4
    Coat potatoes in butter and add parsley. Serve and enjoy.
