·red potatoes, small, as many as desired
·1-2 sticks butter, cold
·1-2 tablespoons or desired amount of dried parsley
How to Make Buttrered Parslied Potatoes
- Wash potatoes. Peel one strip of skin off around center of each potato.
- Cook in salted water until tender. Drain water off.
- Add butter to potatoes and let it melt. (you may use softened butter or at room temp to make it melt easier.)
- Coat potatoes in butter and add parsley. Serve and enjoy.
