sweet potatoes, cut into 1"-chunks
1/4 c
olive or canola oil
1/2 tsp
salt
1/3 c
butterscotch dessert topping, i used fat free.
How To Make butterscotch-glazed sweet poatatoes

Heat oven to 350. Place potatoes in a 8"-square baking dish. Drizzle w/ oil. Season w/ salt.

Bake, uncovered for 30 mins, or until tender. Remove from oven and toss w/ butterscotch topping.

I also sometimes top the potatoes w/ toasted pecans.
