These are so good, they're like a dessert! And they go great w/ just about anything.

  • 3 large
    sweet potatoes, cut into 1"-chunks
  • 1/4 c
    olive or canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/3 c
    butterscotch dessert topping, i used fat free.

How to Make Butterscotch-glazed sweet poatatoes


  1. Heat oven to 350. Place potatoes in a 8"-square baking dish. Drizzle w/ oil. Season w/ salt.
  2. Bake, uncovered for 30 mins, or until tender. Remove from oven and toss w/ butterscotch topping.
  3. I also sometimes top the potatoes w/ toasted pecans.
