Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1"-chunks
- 1/4 cup olive or canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butterscotch dessert topping, i used fat free.
How To Make butterscotch-glazed sweet poatatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place potatoes in a 8"-square baking dish. Drizzle w/ oil. Season w/ salt.

Step 2Bake, uncovered for 30 mins, or until tender. Remove from oven and toss w/ butterscotch topping.

Step 3I also sometimes top the potatoes w/ toasted pecans.
