  • COOK YOUR POTATOES AS USUAL
  • 4 # - potatoes
  • - season to taste (salt and pepper)
  • 2 TBS - butter or margarine if you must
  • 3 bunches green onions sliced thin.
  • 1 1/4 C - buttermilk

How To Make "buttermilk mashed potatoes" by freda

  • Step 1
    Cook Potatoes as usual, (Boil covered,) Drain. Season,& Mash taters, adding butter during mashing process
  • Step 2
    Add; Buttermilk, blend well Add; sliced green onions toss well into the potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Serve Hot, Don't these look pretty, with the green tips of the onions. . Enjoy . .soo good!
