How to Make Butter Crumb Potatoes
- Mix together italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in seperate bowl.
- Place stick of margarine in seperate bowl and cook until melted in microwave, about 15-20 seconds.
- Peel and wash desired number of potatoes and cut each potato in half.
- Dip potato halves in melted margarine then in bread crumb and cheese mixture. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Pour any left over margarine on the potatoes. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 20-25 minutes. Keep them covered until serving.
