Ingredients
- 12 cups thinly sliced russet potatoes
- 2 pounds sliced provolone cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make bunyan's diabetic cheesy spuds

Step 1Spray a 13X9 baking pan with Pam

Step 2Add a layer of spuds, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan

Step 3Add a layer of cheese slices

Step 4Alternate the layers of cheese and spuds until your about 1/2 inch from the top, the last layer should be cheese

Step 5Stir the seasonings into the heavy cream and sour cream pour over the spuds & cheese

Step 6Bake in a pre heated 350 oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until the spuds are tender
