Alot of times lately I am just cooking for myself or two. So thanks to Bob and his in the garden out of the garden group, and the weekly vegetable, This is a recipe I have made alot for my family I thought I would share.
Also being from buffalo I share alot of buffalo sauce recipes!
This has a kick to it but you can make as hot or mild as you like!

Ingredients

  • 4-6
    nuked new potatoes
  • 1/2
    celery stalk finely chopped
  • ·
    heavy cream
  • ·
    butter
  • ·
    blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/8-1/4 c
    franks hot sauce

How to Make Buffalo Smash Potatoes for 2

Step-by-Step

  1. When I have a small amout of potatoes to make I usually use the microwave.
    Microwave your potatoes.
  2. Smash potatoes in bowl, add the rest of your ingredients. Depending on if you like a crunchy element you can add or not the celery.
    Smash ingredients through and top with more hot sauce and blue cheese crumble (optional)
  3. I have also added shredded chicken mixed with hot sauce.
