onion, finely chopped

How To Make brocolli potato cakes
Mix together egg, milk, flour, seasoned salt, and Mrs. Dash.
Mix with potatoes, broccoli, and onion.
Heat a teaspoon of Olive Oil in a non stick frying pan.
Add the potato/broccoli mixture by the tablespoonful shaped into pancakes. Brown on each side until the potatoes and broccoli are cooked.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with butter, margarine, or sour cream.
