Brocolli potato cakes

Ingredients

1egg
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/4 cflour
-
1/2 tspseasoned salt
-
1/2 tspregular mrs. dash
-
4 mediumpotatoes, grated
-
1stalk of brocolli flowerettes chopped and stalk grated
-
1 smallonion, finely chopped
-
·olive oil, your favorite kind
How to Make Brocolli potato cakes
- Mix together egg, milk, flour, seasoned salt, and Mrs. Dash.
- Mix with potatoes, broccoli, and onion.
- Heat a teaspoon of Olive Oil in a non stick frying pan.
- Add the potato/broccoli mixture by the tablespoonful shaped into pancakes. Brown on each side until the potatoes and broccoli are cooked.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with butter, margarine, or sour cream.
