Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds potatoes, unpeeled, 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make breakfast potatoes with paprika

Step 1Saute potatoes in oil over high heat until beginning to brown, approximately 10 minutes.

Step 2Reduce heat to medium and add onion. Saute about 5 minutes.

Step 3Add paprika and continue cooking until potatoes are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 4Mix in lemon juice.

Step 5Sprinkle with parsley and salt and pepper.
